I skillfully represent my clients in the marketing, selling and purchasing of residential properties with a specialty in condominium sales. When I started in 1985, (23 years ago) I was the #1 selling agent (on-site), working for Builders of 4 different "new" condominium communities in the local area. I was quickly promoted to on-site Sales Manager for "The Brooke Club" in Ossining. Of the 60 units in "The Brooke Club", I have sold over 80 units to date (selling many units more than once!).
My resume includes a long history of new construction site sales starting with Rivercliff/Tarrytown, The Brooke Club/Ossining, Ashford Court/Ardsley, and Lakeside Colony/Lake Mohegan. Since those days I have listed and sold hundreds of condos in our area and quite often work by referral only.
Currently, I service all of Westchester County with a concentration in Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Pleasantville, Tarrytown, Irvington, Scarborough and Millwood. I've been a resident of Ossining for the past 32 years and have attended most of the Ossining Schools. I'm a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, majoring in Fashion Buying and Merchandising. This experience of attending F.I.T. contributed greatly to my keen sense of marketing and interest in presentation and design, which is a vital part of marketing properties successfully. The Hudson River is magnificent and we have many parks, hiking and biking trails and recreational facilities that take advantage of our historic area! I always love to share this information with my clients so they can discover the natural beauty and history that the Hudson Valley has to offer. Current hobbies of mine include working out at Club Fit, graphic design (computers), hiking our numerous trails and exploring beautiful sights!! Spending time with family is an important part of my life.
